retype the code you need to enter. sometimes it's hard to make the difference between a O and 0 (zero). if you enter code correctly and press enter-button then everything works just fine...

you don't understand what i'm talking about. There isn't a code... The code has dissapeared...

well, this is strange as it takes quite a while until it gives you the code but there's always one when i try it and i can easily download then... maybe browser-configs???
