Here’s a very nice record on the well known 10/30 Uproar label (that also brought you the fine East Flatbush Project releases) from the crew LIVE WIRE.
The release took place in 1997 and the wax brings you the tracks “fast lane” ft. SMK – a track that is very smooth and solid, and the burner-song which is to be found on the flip that is titled “as the tables turn”.
Production credits go to Spencer Bellamy of the East Flatbush Project.

"Yo I go by the name of Esteem of this defunct 'group' if you will. Spence aint no genius, and I ain't no thug. More so the dudes I encountered when I gave substance to this figment of Spence's imagination was no thugs for I never felt my life was on the line. Payday did get shot in the head from being an innocent bystander. Tried by 12 was tailor made for me, for if you listened to Can't Hold It Back, you hear lyrics but a wack voice and track. Tried by 12 was supposed to be entitled Da Nex by Esteem. Des, I don't know him but he can't rhyme a lick. He took 3 grand from what I heard and ran. I never got paid for my song, neither did Payday. Ruste Juxx, don't know him. He sound aight but Spence probably got him cuz he sweated Boot Camp artists. The video they did for Juxx was fecal. This aint to vent but I see too much misrepresentation of Spence and peeps like dat. Livewire was a next artist who was wack. Put it this way, since I left hip hop, this 'project' been a lab experiment. Y'all support my man Sage from Street Law. Basically any East Flatbush rap that aint Spence related. My apologies if any of you fans is offended. As you can tell I have an opinion as the record clearly states. I don't hold it back. I left this concoction cuz they was wack. I can't have no dude connected to me who girl run the label. I can't be affiliated with a dude who pops gets shot in the nuts then bus cheap liquor on dude's mom's in law. Y'all want grimey hip hop and I promise y'all I got a decade worth of that sense Esteem brings. Thank you to the few who bigged up my effort. Thanks for liking Tried by 12 even though dude could not rhyme and ain't come from East Flatbush."
